Terms of service.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Levrg voice AI platform and the website at levrgautomations.com, operated by Levrg Automations Ltd. ("Levrg", "we", "us"). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Levrg provides a voice AI platform that answers inbound phone calls on behalf of UK small-business clients, handles the caller's request (orders, bookings, enquiries, quotes, job intake and similar), and dispatches the outcome to the business's systems. The service is offered on a subscription basis plus per-minute call usage, as set out in your order form.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate catalog, pricing, opening hours, availability and other operational information.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to record inbound calls in your jurisdiction and that your call handling policy reflects this.
  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes within the industries we serve.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

4. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical. Emergency maintenance may happen without notice. Service Level Agreements (SLAs), where offered, are set out in your order form.

5. Fees

Fees are payable monthly in advance, with per-minute usage billed monthly in arrears. Late payments may result in suspension. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Data & privacy

Use of the platform involves processing personal data of your customers (callers). Our processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) which forms part of your order form.

7. Industries we do not serve

Levrg does not provide service to: NHS or hospitals, FCA-regulated financial services, legal firms handling client money, schools or childcare, enterprise chains or franchisees, sole traders without a dedicated business line, adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency, multi-level marketing, vape and tobacco, payday lending, debt collection, or political and religious organisations. Use of the platform for any of these categories is a material breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach on 30 days' written notice if the breach is not cured. You may terminate for convenience at the end of any billing month with 30 days' notice. On termination, access ends and we will delete or return your data according to the DPA.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
